Although I updated to latest software version, the Alexa runs very laggy. It also takes some time for the device to recognize my voice although I'm almost yelling at an appropriate distance. I wanted to turn it back, but decided to keep it since I got it for a very low price on a black friday event anyway.

We purchases them during the pandemic and they were the best thing to stay in contact. They are cost effective and I can call my daughter and do a video chat. I play music in the morning while getting ready for the day and all I have to do is tell Alexa to stop and start!
