Decent speaker, but that's it

Well, after hours of trying to set this up and troubleshooting, I never got it to work consistently. It would work 1 minute and then stop working the next, and now I'm at the point where it doesn't work at all. I now have this somewhat pricey device that I use as a speaker to listen to music on but nothing else. Also, this device shows you ads and you can't turn it off. Really? I'm spending money on a device that I can't disable ads on? Lastly, the device itself is very flaky. At one point, I looked at it and it actually had the wrong time on it. Seriously, a smart device that doesn't know what time it is? I had to restart the device to get it to display the correct time. So yeah, I'm a little disappointed with this product. The sound quality on the speaker is decent so that's the only reason why I didn't rate this 1 star.

It works, but sometimes I have to repeat the commands several times before it actually does what I’m asking. I’m also not a big fan of the display constantly showing Amazon products. I wish there were an option to have photos, landscapes, or something more personal instead of ads for items I’m not interested in.

View your cameras at any time with a split screen option. The sound quality is amazing for its size. Looks great sitting on the work bench or the office desk.

Integrates seamlessly with all my other Amazon products and ring devices. Screen is very sharp and clear. Easily responds to commands and displays camera feeds. Also integrates seamlessly with my TAPO and KASA devices and able to control from a single device! One thing to note, is the lack of unique names. If you have a few Amazon devices, you will begin to have overlap. Wish Amazon allowed our own names for devices.

Setup was easy and my kids love them. It is perfect to help with homework or for them to figure out the weather.
