Screen size is smaller than I expected, but it does match the size I ordered (5.5 inches). I should have purchased a larger size. (That's the only reason I chose "No" for "Would you recommend this item?")

The look, shape, voice, video and software is up to the mark. Easy to install and ready to use. Handy n light in weight. You can integrate the device with many local camera like for home security or video chat. If you have alexa then easy to communicate with family or friends. I would rate it 5/5

We just wanted it for the clock feature mostly but the camera feature is nice and if you’re on Amazon a lot it comes in handy. The only thing I don’t like is all the ads constantly running and then that makes the time smaller on the screen

After visiting family, I came back in search for the Echo to include in my home as they have to fill my day/night with music, podcasts, set alarms, etc. Works with my Amazon account. If you don't have an Amazon account, I believe you can still play music from Spotify or YouTube. This is something I would need to try so that I don't have to use an additional Amazon account. I got mine for a good price with my Rewards. Worth it so I'm not using my headphones all the time or my cell to stream.

Underwhelming Echo Show Device

It also is not loaded with Netflix like it's larger sister device (which is the entire reason I bought this in the first place). The user interface is clunky but the sound quality is very good for a device of this size. I would not purchase again but for the money it's not a bad deal.
