I tell it to play a certain station and it always says "hmm i can't play that right now" this happens everyday!! It gets yelled at alot!!

Suggest to quickly change it's name so you can say the word Alexa when talking about it and not have it wake up. Also, seems to not like to shut down, I have to report Screen Off several times before it stays off.

Have to call Amazon to get it straight. They no longer list a telephone number to call so may be out of commission for awhile.
