Shopping lists, smart lighting, talk and face time friends and family. To me, this thing is priceless. Its like a personal assistant.

Amazon had them on backorder until May 2024. That was for Christmas. Ordered from Best Buy and had it in two days. You can't beat Best Buy's customer service. Blows Amazon out of the water.

Which it works, but the screen is small and there are lots of ads. It can't play hulu or netflix which is a bummer. I'd only recommend if it's on super sale.

Slow response time compared to Echo Dot (3rd Gen)

The Echo Dot (3rd Gen) was much faster to respond and sometimes the Show 5 did not even successfully start the radio station.
