Voice recognition issues can often be resolved with a few troubleshooting steps: (1) Ensure your Echo Show 5 has a strong, stable internet connection, as connectivity problems can significantly impact Alexa's ability to process voice commands. (2) Check the placement of your device—it should be positioned away from walls, other electronic devices, or sources of noise that might interfere with the microphones. (3) Restart your Echo Show 5 by unplugging it from power, waiting 30 seconds, then plugging it back in to refresh the system. (4) Make sure you have the latest software updates installed by checking in the device settings. (5) Try speaking more clearly and at a moderate pace, ensuring you're within a reasonable distance from the device (typically 3-8 feet works best). I love that you can play youtube videos as well, and i can just ask alexa to play it. Worth the money.

Much better than the 1st generation and much faster. It still has its glitches here and there but overall great so far. I would like a higher megapixel camera though.
