I tell it to play a certain station and it always says "hmm i can't play that right now" this happens everyday!! It gets yelled at alot!!

Third, open the Alexa app, navigate to Settings > Music & Podcasts, and confirm that your preferred music service is set as the default and is properly linked to your account. Finally, try asking Alexa to play the station using its full name (for example, "Alexa, play [Station Name] on Amazon Music") to help the device identify the correct station.

The music portion of this is so good for our old souls. It was confusing for us and I’m still, after a couple of months, trying to figure out and understand what we are paying the extra monthly bills connected with the device and to understand what all the functions are and how to set them up and connect to other things in our home.
