However, given that you've already performed multiple factory resets without resolution, I strongly recommend contacting Amazon Customer Service at 1-888-280-4331 or through your Amazon account. They can run diagnostics on your device and likely arrange a replacement, as this level of persistent performance issues on a new device isn't normal and suggests a defective unit.

Echo Alarm Clock

The screen is too small for my liking to view my Ring cams, but the clock face customization is pretty cool.
