I have always used the Google home but got this for parents and they like it.

Household Must Have!

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Alexa works really great until I had to change the router, it was a pain to reconnect all my devices and since then Alexa seems to have a mind of her own. When I tell her to stop playing music she'll stop for a second and then she continues but before that I had no issues so I might have to just install everything. Overall it is great to be able to ask Alexa questions when needed and some of her responses are way better than using Google.

It is great when I am baking or cooking to listen to music as I can just ask Alexa to skip or play certain music. Also, great to set reminders and alarms. My elderly father has one too and it is great for video chats. I like the fact that it also gives me notifications when my Amazon packages have been delivered.
