Even putting it on a new account, it was getting confused with my main account, and would sometimes call my own home. Amazon failed to offer a solution. In addition, it was struggling with the wifi. I tweaked the settings to improve my signal (55dh attenuation), and adjusted the channels to improve SNR. Still, it struggled to stay connected. In the long run it was more trouble than it was worth. I was getting daily questions about why it wasn't doing what we expected. I have returned it.

But its performance system is rather slow, not fluently as I want. You feel you have to wait when you touch screen to control what you want. That's why it can not reach to 5 stars.

Although I updated to latest software version, the Alexa runs very laggy. It also takes some time for the device to recognize my voice although I'm almost yelling at an appropriate distance. I wanted to turn it back, but decided to keep it since I got it for a very low price on a black friday event anyway.
