I bought to view my ring cameras when needed. I ended up returning the item. Maybe it needs better software. Definitely needs an upgrade of some sort.

I am sorry to hear your Echo Show 5 did not work for you. At times devices need manual software upgrades as automatic ones do not always get pushed to device.
