It works well with communicating and video calling family members who are in different states if they have the echo. The only drawback is our dogs name sounds similar to Alexa lol so when I call for the puppies name the device doesn't recognize Elektra is not Alexa

Upon set up you should be connecting to wifi with your homes credentials, as well as linking via the Alexa App. If you need further assistance with set up please call us!
