I love how small and compact it is while still being able to have a touch screen and all the other capabilities. Setup was easy and my kids love them. It is perfect to help with homework or for them to figure out the weather.

We caught this on sale over the holidays. I didn’t notice the other large screens, the more updated products of the same nature. But this small 5 1/2 inch screen was perfect for my nightstand. The wife moved my normal Alexa into the bathroom and this one sits on the nightstand

Love this show! I bought it for the kitchen, it was on sale and I wanted more speakers for music in the house. My house is large, so dropping the cash on Sonos seemed steep. I've found the latest generation Alexa devices have come a long way in sound. I'm starting to hook up speakers to the aux on some of the older dots now. I had to immediately get into the equalizer settings to turn down the bass. Sound quality is 6/10 but when it's paired with multiple other devices now, the house fills with music. I just found out it supports video calls, too. Nice bonus.

If you're a tech enthusiast and love your tech life, then this is a great addition to your home. After visiting family, I came back in search for the Echo to include in my home as they have to fill my day/night with music, podcasts, set alarms, etc. Works with my Amazon account. If you don't have an Amazon account, I believe you can still play music from Spotify or YouTube. This is something I would need to try so that I don't have to use an additional Amazon account. I got mine for a good price with my Rewards. Worth it so I'm not using my headphones all the time or my cell to stream.

Works good if you have wi go but sometimes lose signal when WiFi goes out easy to get music but need subscription to get more music that you like

Have been using this item for a long time and works very good, nice quality sound and helps me a lot with my smart lights and smart tvs.

Its hands down one if the best purchases ive made. Easy to use and really efficient. Can’t wait to buy more for the rest if my home.

I give the Echo Show 5 2 1/2 stars. I have tried to adapt to it, wanted to like it, but was going to return it until I learned Best Buy only allows a FIFTEEN DAY return window! This will be my last electronics purchase from Best Buy. I should have purchased this from Amazon directly, as their return policy is generous. Fifteen days is just not enough time to decide if you want to keep something, especially when you are leaning towards returning it but wanting to give it a chance. So, what makes me want to return it, or I guess now smash it with a hammer? First, it has to be told twice many time. It will acknowledge your selection, but the station won't play until you command a second time. I have rather ancient Dots, so I thought this would be an upgrade, and it is in terms of sound quality. But even there, because it is more powerful, the loudness variation from say level 2 to level 3 is much greater than with the Dot. This matters to me because I use level 2 or 3 when listening to Pandora at night, but with this unit, 2 is sometimes too low, but 3 is too loud. Another example: I'll command it to Pandora and at some point it will switch, without any command or prompting, to something else. Did I mention I wish I could return it?

Good sound for compact size. I mean you wont blow out the walls but it sounds nice. I replaced the previous 5” show with this. I’m pleased.

I love this Alexa! Great size with no issues at all! Makes listening to music while cooking and cleaning alot easier!!

Amazon Echo Show 5 works fine. Screen size is smaller than I expected, but it does match the size I ordered (5.5 inches). I should have purchased a larger size. (That's the only reason I chose "No" for "Would you recommend this item?")

Its Alexa, great product and easy to set up. Works flawless with Ring Door Camera. Sound is excellent for a small device.

Our Family love the Show We used it for family gatherings and everyday activities such as morning quizzes and quotes. Before getting our week started we after about the weather. Bonus pictures of family moments and even able to see how’s at the front door.

This is my go to smart home assistance so far. Can control all the smart home appliances through app and also through echo show. Can access the baby monitor from where ever you are at the house. Another cool feature is the drop in and call option. You can call to your echo show and do video chat without any charge. I would absolutely buy a bigger version of it in the future.

This has been a reliable and useful device. I live the functionality of it and the night mode is the best!

Good overall does what it’s suppose to. We just wanted it for the clock feature mostly but the camera feature is nice and if you’re on Amazon a lot it comes in handy. The only thing I don’t like is all the ads constantly running and then that makes the time smaller on the screen
