Really appreciate the physical shutter on the device so you know the camera is not seeing anything unless you want it to. Works very well for calling friends and family, but it really shines when we get notifications from our ring cameras and then can see the live view and interact with whoever is at the camera. We bought 2 more as they worked so well.

It gets annoying to say Alexa fives time before she answers. Other than that, I don’t have any problems.
