Maybe I'm not tech saavy enough

However, if you have multiple people set up on it, such as your child, then both parents, commands to call someone get pretty complicated. The issue is that not all of you have a contact saved under the exact same name, so when the child says, "Alexa, call mom." It may actually then try to call the father's mom, which is actually the child's grandmother. That part was pretty difficult for us to figure out. Other than that...not bad.
