Upgraded from an echo dot and love the extra functionality available with having a screen.

Works pretty good, sometimes hard to hear the voice and catch the commands. Can also watch videos, listen to songs. Good for alarm as well.

Set up is very easy. You just need to follow the onscreen instructions and you good to go.

Got this free with a Ring doorbell. It’s a really neat device and pairs well with the Ring.

Works as good as Echo show. Very nice to have it handy in bedrooms. I highly recommend it.

I purchased it with minimum expectation and it was a great purchase. I have connected my Nest Thermostat, Ring Doorbell, LED Lights and a few plugs and they all work well. Also, you can watch videos and listen to music with sports, news, weather and other things. I only wish I had got it in bigger size. A great deal for the price. I will recommend it for every smart home. Just keep everything on guest network.

It was a Christmas gift for my wife's home office. Excellent graphics and display. So much better than the echo dot or regular alexa device to give us visuals in addition to commands. plus phone calls with video, etc. is better. Looking to get 1 or 2 more of this devices for my office and parents, who would understand the functions versus simply a command device like the echo.

Bought this for my wife back in November so she could talk to the kids and grandkids. It works okay, but don't waste your time on this one. Go for the big one. I turned around and got her the largest one for Christmas , and it is such a better visual experience. You can also do other little things like set cooking timers, ask the weather, etc. She likes it, works pretty well. Sometimes it does not understand what you are trying to ask it. You can also get it to play a music genre for free, but have to pay a small subscipton fee for specific music requests.

Bought this to pair with a Ring3 doorbell. Works fine with that. On occasion the video won't pull up. As a standalone unit I like it but it gets slow at times or won't respond to commands...even in quiet conditions, so I have to unplug it and start fresh. I feel like Amazon products are going downhill a little as is their company. There's really not a good alternative for the price, however, so I guess this is what a person has to put up with. Doubt I'd buy another
