i love the show5 size is good for any room .good picture i hears you very well,almost to well. bought when 50% off other wise I would have not purchaced.

Great product at a great price. Love the smaller size and I can use it to run my receiver. Its really helpful to have Alexa ready to answer questions

Definitely an upgrade over my original echo Show. It has a smaller 5” screen but looks better on my nightstand and has a much clearer and louder speaker.

Very easy to use.I was able to link it up to my Sirius XM. Screen is clear and easy to see. Sound quality is excellent. I would recommend this to anyone.

I gave this as a gift but I helped set it up. It is so easy to set up and use. So fun to use, recipes, alarms, timers, jokes, games, etc. Alexa is great.

Love the ease of use. The picture quality is really nice. Easy setup also the sound is good not as good as a echo plus but for in room listening works great

we have 3 of these through out the house. able to use it as a whole house sound system for the Apple Music, Also works great with the Ring doorbell and cameras

Haven't used it for calls yet but the setup was super easy. I play music all the time and the sound is great. I love that the words show on the screen.

Couldn't live without our echo devices. We have one in every room and an echo show in each bedroom. It's like a whole house communication system and so much more.

Good size for bedside as an alarm clock replacement but shows too many useless information. It's true you can mostly customized it not to show it, but the setup process is a little longer than I would have wanted. Still worth it if you get it at a deal price.

Love my echo show 5. I use it as my alarm, I play music to fall asleep and I can watch Netflix and prime. I love it. Thinking of getting the 8 now.

Ease of use for home automation is very helpful. Speaker exceeded my expectations for sound in a good way. Connects with ring cameras easily as well.

I love these things! Perfect for use as an alarm clock! I like them so much I even got the show 8. Can’t go wrong with these and much smarter than Siri.

Love it! Should have gotten the the Echo Show 8. Love the fact can look at movies and play music. Also like the fact that I can set an alarm without touching it.

This Echo came with my spotlight camera as a bundle and is a great accessory. I am able to use this device as an alarm for work, a speaker for my music, etc.

I have a 2nd generation Echo show as well as some Echo devices throughout the house so I was familiar with the functionality beforehand. I decided to place the Echo Show 5 in my bedroom as an alarm clock/bedroom Echo device. It has performed very well and I have had no issues with it. Being able to set an alarm, play some soothing ocean sounds, turn on the lights, etc. all from my bedside table has been really great and convenient. My Show 5 also has a slideshow of sunsets running so it makes for a nice way to head to bed. The night display is very dark and I have not ran into issues of it waking me up.

Easy to use love when you play music it shows lyrics and very helpful when adding devices to it. Buying more for Xmas for presents

Not sure what more does Echo show 8 has but Echo 5 do the job. You will need to buy the stand otherwise the camera is focus on the ceiling. Image is clear, sound is good. The support for additional languages is great too. I don’t like that the wake up word can only be “Alexa, Echo” it can’t be customized but I am sure its for self marketing. Phone call quality is good. You can only video call other Alexa devices. Unless you link other applications such as Facebook, which I couldn’t try because if device language is Spanish it doesn’t support the communication with the application due to the language. I bought two, I have my grandma’s set up in English and Spanish and the other one just English different states, which is great, in case I want to check in/drop in.

I was looking to replace my alarm clock and found this as an option when looking at smart alarm clocks. I have enjoyed my Echo Dots (gen 2) for awhile now so thought it would be worth a shot. This is my first Echo Show device although since having it I have purchased 2 Echo Show 10s and another Echo Show 5 as a gift. Works well and serves well on the nightstand. You can block the camera which is a great feature. The display dims in the dark which is nice yet a bit of a struggle when my contacts are out at night :/. Easy fix, ask Alexa what time it is ;)
