I’ve been loving this device! No complaints at all

Use this as an alarm clock for my kids. Love that I can drop in and make sure they are up.

Purchased to compliment the ring doorbell 2. Easy set up with an Amazon account. Fun little gadget. Alexa knows just about anything and can even access your photos, calendar and contact list. The main reason for purchasing was that it lets me see and talk to whomever is at the front door accessing the Ring doorbell.

Its connected to my ring door bell and it works great. The online thing it's that to see the camera you have to press the icons. It would be nice that instead of give you a notification, the camera pop up on the screen by itself, but overall i really like it so i bought another one as a christmas present to my brother

Works great. My only negative feedback is that Alexa is always listening even if you don’t command to wake her up.

Not the easiest to manage- pretty good sound- setting up video functions or getting video to play is pretty hit and miss

Audio and video clarity is good. Has better integration with ring video bell, savant home automation...

I was able to set it up with my arlo and ring as well as my music subscription. It recognizes your voice from far. It has a guard mode so it can alert you via your phone away or at the house if any of the noises it listens for occurs. Currently, glass breaking and if any of your smoke detectors go off.

Does Alexa stuff - used as alarm clock, can play music, and can be used to chat.

The Echo Show 5 has replaced our bedroom alarm clock. Being able to get the forecast and traffic after waking up the morning is neat. Displaying lyrics on the screen to a song is a nice feature. There are a few negatives. The touch screen interface is a bit cumbersome. There is not a lot of Vevo music videos available and the sound quality is not as good as the Echo Dot. The positives still out way the negatives. I would buy the Echo Show 5 again.

This is good tech addition to my home. Comes handy for several things and the kids love to talk to it and learn things

Surprisingly good sound and a significant upgrade over the echo dot. Pairs well with the Ring doorbell.

Good sound and video. Microphone could be better. Hope amazon improves the product in the next model.

Only the slightest bit more useful than your typical Alexa because of its size, but it having a screen is very useful.

I have had difficulty setting up this new Echo with my already set up dots. Still trying to work out kinks, went to Amazon for support phone call dropped and unreturned. Typical of big retailers which is sad considering the money this store makes on me and the American people. I now just have to keep myself from getting frustrated and remember time and patience always works out the kinks.
