Good all around device that connects to alexa, ring & plays music

I was skeptical at first after watching it on commercials. Black friday deal made me take a risk on buying it and now it's being used every day at home by my kids and wife. Always asking Alexa questions and to play music and videos. I also use it to watch over the house when I'm not home. Really recommend it.

Upgraded from an Echo Dot in my home office because I wanted the date, time and weather showing on the screen. Only down side to this is you can’t stop the screen background from rotating every few minutes or so. You can speed it up and slow it down some what but not eliminate the rotation. This is a real annoyance and why I only have it four stars. Maybe with a new software update in the future Amazon will fix this.

I got for free as an add-on. It's amazing how much more useful Alexa is with a screen, even a small one.

I purchased this Echo Show 5 for my wife's art room, where she spends a lot of time painting. We already have an Alexa in our living room along with a Smart Plug, but I decided to purchase the Show 5 so that my wife could access Alexa (and particularly Amazon Music) during her marathon painting sessions. We're still learning how to best use the Echo Show 5. My wife loves being able to launch the streaming music apps she listens to with just a "Alexa, play....".

So, I was skeptical about purchasing this but have an Amazon for and enjoy having it. Bought the show as a "alarm clock" for the bedroom. It has been great, am able to use a really smart alarm clock, I can view my best cameras in bed without my phone or computer. The physical cover for the camera is nice as well.

I bought these for my kids and they were so excited to have Alexa in their rooms with them. That is until I would come in and secretly change the alarm times on them. Then it was not so much fun for them. But I laughed and laughed. Also, Alexa is great for weather and news stuff!

Very easy plug and play item to add to the rest of our smart home. We use this as an alarm clock, baby monitor, and ring security camera display. We’ve owned it for a short while and definitely not disappointed. The screen clarity display is high defined with the ability to call the grandparents with camera options.

I like Alexa as it is simple to use. However, the video calling is only for Alexa to Alexa and it limits its usage.

Nice addition to our other Alexa devices. It links to our Ring doorbell so it can show us that video feed.

I love this Echo Show. I have routines setup that make my life easier. It is nice to connect to all other Alexa devices from my recliner via my voice to Alexa or the iPhone app if I need to be quiet. The news reels in the morning and trivia games at night are so nice!

We have had this since black Friday but just plugged it in the other day. It came right up, connected immediately and seems very helpful. I haven't really played with it much as we have been super busy, but I have a lot of email, showing me when to do with it and I think it will be fun once I work on it.

Great sound quality and easy to use, but the mic does not seem to be as reliable as the dot or home.

Great way to get a lot of the full experience with Alexa. Easy to set up and fits just about everywhere.

Great Buy!! Works great with ring doorbell. Will buy another but it will be with a bigger screen.

We used this when our kids got COVID and were isolated in their room. This helped us to check in on them regularly. We ended up buying a few and Echo Dots as well so we have almost every room in the home covered. With 5 kids, these are great ways to call for dinner as well!

I love this product. It has a nice sound system and you can hear music from far distances throughout your house; Alexa can also pick up your voice via long range of distance. Uploading personal Pictures can be a little tricky but you can find the instructions off of google.

Its definitely better than a regular Alexa. Compact, yet the screen is very viewable, including at angles.
