We’re an Alexa household. It was nice to get a reasonably priced display Echo to add to our ecosystem

Love it. This smaller version of the show 8 works great for a desk or nightstand.

I had the echo in my bedroom so that if someone comes to the door, I can hear the announcement from my Ring. Problem is.... she suddenly said "this is your story" but there was no words, just sounded like a beach with static. VERY WEIRD. I never play games or ask Alexa to read a story, espceially MY STORY? I was in bed so there was no sound she could have mistaken for my voise. I have to believe it was a technical error but I did take it out of my room

This is a nice addition to the Alexa devices I already own as well as the Ring doorbell I purchased it with. Being able to see the ring cameras I have around the house from this Echo show is great. I do think it’s poor customer service to sell the base separate. It’s hard to video chat without it.

Good little product. There’s a bit of a lag between seeing who’s at my door with the Ring doorbell, but that could be the Ring product since there’s a lag on my smartphone too. I wouldn’t pay full price for this but if it’s on sale it’s reasonable. We have it in the living room and have our personal pictures scrolling through as a screen saver.

I am glad that I purchased this thing. It helps me to make smart home so easily and very effectively. Kids love to play with it as well. Very user friendly to interact and improvised algorithms to catch and understand the requests made. Many features which are very useful in day to day life as well.

Love love love!!! Super easy to setup, connected within seconds to my ring camera and other devices. It really does it all. Make video calls, audio calls, play games, l view videos, watch streaming apps etc. had I known it did all of this I would have purchased this sooner.

Echo show 5 is a great device. It is on nightstand by my bed. Used as general Alexa device with all its pluses and minuses. Screen quality is good for relatively inexpensive device. Great nightstand clock at the least, and much much more. I now have an echo show 8, which I use as general Alexa device but also love it as a device to use zoom, see my pics; see recipes and news clips.

Nice having a voice controlled music/ radio type device. I even watch some shows. Just a nice device

This is my second echo show. I’m using this echo show 5 as a bedside alarm, which also allows me to control everything around the house and view all my cameras. It’s so easy to set up, and took less than 5 minutes and connected with my smart home immediately.

The product is good. It works as suppose to. Alexa isn't as great as Google but the product it self is good.

We were looking for an echo device that would work as a great clock as well. Thinking that the Echo 10 and the Echo 8 is bigger and would have a bigger clock is misleading. We ended up with the 5, the smallest one but with the bigger clock face. It was just what we needed.

Overall, it’s a great device. But it does seem to have a harder time hearing us compared to our other echos.

Love these! I bought a few throughout my house. My whole family uses them (including my 4 year old!) for weather, news, music, recipe ideas. Also good to drop in to talk to the fam downstairs when I'm upstairs! Video calls are great as well for others with Alexa.

This product is being used in a home office and the size is perfect for a desk. Handy to have at my work area.

Absolutely great product from Amazon. Along with the echo you can access alexa for a mass varity of everyday things. Check the weather, arm a house alarm, control lights and thermostats. Possibilities are endless. Such a great tool to have in the home.

Good value for the price, bought for family member out if state to keep in touch. Good picture and easy to use

My daughter uses this on her nightstand as a clock and for music. We have also tied it in to our outside security system so she can see who is at the door when upstairs in her second floor bedroom. She also uses the balance of the Alexa functions and features. Nice design as well.

Better with the stand, ended up purchasing the 8” version for as the 5” just wasn’t large enough to use in the kitchen. Previously, I purchased the 5” one for my mom and gave her a stand with it to help with the camera angle issues as the camera doesn’t point up high enough in my opinion. I did get a good deal on this before Christmas so for the price I paid it was good once I found a different spot in my house for it.
