Have had mine about 5 months now and have enjoyed it. My use of the Echo Shows expands as I find more uses for it. NOT Disappointed. A little sadden by the cost of add-oms such as the stand. I felt it was overpriced for what it was.

First off, I gave this one to my mother-in-law so I can't really review this specific model. But we have three of the larger Echo Shows and love them. From setting timers and alarms to getting caught up on your favorite TV shows, these things are amazing.

Works well and was easy to connect to my dot to play the same music in a couple of rooms.

we like it asking alexa to play music and asking what the weather like outside...

Unit is very Easy to set up. The display has a great visual.

Good for what it is, I mainly wanted this item to listen to my audio books on audible and it functions great for that, my main issue with it is the Echo doesn't pick up the trigger word well, sometimes I have to say "Alexa" many times at high volume, comparing this to a Google nest hub that always hears me even when it is at maximum Volume but cannot listen to Audible on the Nest Hub

The great thing about the echo device is that I can also connect to my ring products through it. If you like cooking you can also get recipes through your echo. The screen is a little small so if you like a bigger screen you might want to go above a 5.

It’s nice to able to see on the screen. But it still has the limitations of Alexa.

It was fairly easy to set up. The music and sound is awesome. You can find a lot of information from it without having to google. I have not used the drop-in-calling yet. I purchased 3 others for gifts and they all love it. I would actually give this item 4.5 stars if I could, nothing is perfect but this is darn close. Price for the item is pretty reasonable.

Nice little device that makes your life a little easier. Clear display, easy to pair with Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth devices (phone, smart outlets and switches, etc.). Sound quality isn't the best, and there are aspects of the software that really could be improved if only the folks at Amazon really listed to customer feedback. Overall, a good device to add to your home.

Bought a pair for my family to keep in touch while apart. Also nice addition to the living room.

Many useful functions. I mostly use it for my Ring products, otherwise it is just a clock. My wife and kids use it much more listening to music, news feed and Amazon Prime video. I got it on promotion with my Ring camera, so excellent value for me.

I have Alexa scattered all over my house. this one is in the kitchen in case I need a recipe. I can't seem to add it to my group for music though. my mom insisted on picking one up for her house to use as a clock in her bedroom. she thinks its great for a clock.

Got it at a surprising low price . Love it as we connected with my C GE lights and the Ring.

Very nice to have a voice assistant. I use her for everything. I particularly like to drop in on the dogs to see what they are doing while I’m at work. Keeping lists works great!! I received it as a bonus and then i purchased an additional one for the kitchen. I love it.

Easy to use. Sometimes Alexa doesn’t hear your command but overall good product!

The Amazon Echo Show 5 was a great addition to the family of Echo Dots we already have. It's clear display is great for photos and seeing who's at the front door. Very user friendly and enjoyable features. Definitely recommending to friends and family.
