Whenever I go to Best Buy everyone is always responsive to your needs. They have a wealth of information whether you are purchasing a small item or big. I can always count on leaving the store satisfied with my purchase.

I really like this product. I brought my sister one for Christmas. Then I brought myself one. My nieces can call me on this whenever they want. Believe me they use it. I also have this connected to my Ring doorbell another nice feature. The only issues is I can't connect it to my home alarm. There is some type of way to do it; I just haven't figured it out yet.

Works well, and fairly easy to set up. Considering another one for upstairs.

My new Amazon Echo Show is so cool. She's Alexa with a twist. I love when I ask her to show me the front door and there it is. No waiting like on my phone. She does other amazing things, but i'm still working on her.

I use this mainly as a clock and to use Alexa to turn on and off lights in the house that have WiFi switches and it works great for that. It's so small that I don't use it for anything else. I also got it free with my Ring Pro so it was a win/win.

Bought this for the kitchen but moved to bedroom. Great smart display for the bedroom as the screen dims at night, easy alarm settings, instant news and weather. No worries about the camera as it has a mechanical cover so privacy is not an issue.

Works as described. I especially like the shopping list app. Nice to just be able to tell Alexa what to put on the shopping app and have it sync to my cell phone. Best Buy was running a deal and this actually came free along with my Ring Doorbell.

Likely wouldn't have bothered to get this on its own, but it was part of a package that made it a good deal, and the family I bought it for uses many Amazon/Alexa compatible products, so it has been appreciated and used.

Great for an addition to the house. We keep our grocery list on it. We also have the echo 10.1. Only negative there can only be two adult accounts hooked up. We have three teenager that come home Often and it would be nice if they could sign in.

Great for seniors who might have a accident or fall all's you gotta do is call out to Alexa and say call whomever you have on your cell phone plus you can hook up some security cameras to the echo box to.

I bought the echo show 5 for the smart display being already an Amazon-Alexa user. I originally had the Echo-Dot which I can speak to it in English or Spanish at the same time without changing any settings, but the Echo Show 5 doesn't have the bilingual option. You can only set it up for one language at a time. And just because of that I don't give it the 5 stars.

works as it should smaller screen but still has a good picture.

Bought as a gift but own one... the larger version and love it.

So far so good, crystal clear, I like how you can drop in on another echo device such as kids room and remind them to go to sleep, eat dinner etc.I still have to play around with it but so far it meets my expectations.

What is there not to love about the echo show? Very easy to set up. You can add pictures from your phone. You can also call others and use echo as a speaker phone. I’m still learning all the features, but so far I love it!

Great way to communicate with Friends & Family, llistening to music.

Love love love the Echo show. I feel like I have a friend in the house but also is very useful rather than opening the door to a stranger we can talk and either ask them to leave or open the door if it is safe.

It works great as a replacement to alarm clock. Easy to set individual alarms.

Worth buying and easy to use with the clear steps to use

I love the echo show because I’m able to view my cameras that are hooked up to my grandparents room. I can check in on them without having to open the app on my phone which is amazing and still get to use the normal functions of Alexa!
