We actually never used this product. It came as a free throw in when we purchased our RING setup and I refuse to let the spies into my house so we gave it to a friend. They enjoy the spies!

Audio is good quality and looks nice on the kitchen counter. Easy setup. Only downside is it does not connect to the APP like the other Alexa Echo products. That was disappointing. I guess they figure with the screen it is not needed. Additionally, it does not pick up your voice as well as the Echo dot we have.

I purchased this for my 3rd floor office. It works great and allows me to communicate with people at the front door without having to go downstairs and open the door.

Got this bad boy as a gift for getting a ring camera. Been playing around with it for a week. I can tell you it has lots of options to configure. Definitely a must have in today’s technological world.

I bought this for my mother and she has put it to good use. She loves asking Alexa different questions and is able to look at different pictures she has uploaded to her Amazon account.

This is my first “show” Echo device, although I have 4 other Echo dots in my home. It met most of my expectations based on the research I’ve read and watched, but my biggest disappointment is the sensitivity of its microphone. It is installed in the exact same place where previously an Echo Dot 3 was sitting, and the Show 5 cannot seem to pick up my voice from the same place the Dot 3 can. In some cases, a Dot in another room will pick up my command before this one does. I tried moving it around but the cabinet it is sitting on is rather small. I may have to relocate it to a totally different place. The other thing I wished it had was a simple constant display of time, temperature and date, ALL in same size font readable from about 15-20 feet (3/4 to 1 inch size would be nice). I like the lyrics shown on some songs (although just from Amazon music), wished it did that too for Spotify.

I purchased this product to be used in my kitchen. I had an Echo Dot in the kitchen but when I saw this product on sale I decided to give it a try. Access to videos and recipes made it a perfect fit for my kitchen.

Screen is very easy to read from across the room. Auto dimming screen at night is fantastic. I use my Echo Show 5 with my Ring doorbell 2 and to turn on/off many smart lights around the house. Easy to set up and use.

It is good to have in the kitchen for 10 bucks. Buy it

Exactly as the title says, I want to love it… but I keep having issues with the screen going to an ugly blue-white screen and only displaying the time even though I have it set up for photo display. I end up having to unplug or reset for it to go back to showing our photos. It has been exhausting. I’m not sure why this glitch is happening, but it’s a big drawback for me. Besides that, I love it. It links up with our Ring system beautifully and is so seamless. Can see people at the front door live on the screen and it even announces someone at the front door. You can also turn off your alarm just by saying your password to Alexa when you enter. Another thing I love is that she displays on the screen when you have Amazon packages arriving and in our house, that’s a lot

So far, this has worked just the way I expected. Learned a lot about it. Have it to talk with my wife long distance and it is great. Also, use it for routines to get me up in the mornings.

I’ve always wanted a Amazon Echo when I saw this one was on sale and had a touch screen I decided to give it a try. This is a very good product!

This is perfect for my family. We can ask Alexa questions. Get news and ring notifications. It's a nice way to have a digital clock up so kids can tell time. We also use it to set timers.

Multiple skills that are quite useful. Best in kitchen.

Wanted something I could put on the night stand to be able to view my security cameras which it is a great match to the Arlo System. Also a great clock, info screen and streaming device for Sirius/XM and Amazon Music.

I haven’t got to play with it too much so I know it does more. It’s nice to see actual recipes that Alexa tells you about. Still want to figure out how to FaceTime on it. Overall I have nothing negative so far.

Alexa eco works excellent. Its my third one. I have cut cable cords and put in smart lighting. I save over 40 dollars a month on electricity and 120 on cable. Alexa works great!!

Love it. Im just having a bit of a hard time setting up a smart home that can be controlled by alexa. Plus, alexa is really terrible with spotify. Kinda like forcing you to get amazon music prime.

I got it for free so what can I say. The screen is small. I also bought a show 8 and love that one better. So I us this on in my bedroom. For when I need to see my camera or ring. It does the job.

The addition to the family keeps everyone entertained. Once she learns your habits, you tend to naturally communicate with ease as if talking to someone else. Keeps my mom entertained.
