I like the Echo Show, but I don't quite love it. It does what it does do well, but its functionality is limited compared to what it could be. If only you could load in more third-party applications, it would have been nealy perfect. As is, however, you wouldn't get too much out of it if you don't use a lot of Amazon's ecosystem.

We are pleased with the performance of the Echo Show. We already have two Echo Dots and a Google Assistant. They all work well but purchased the Echo Show to interface with the Ring Door Bell 3. It is very helpful to get Realtime views of our front door without having to open the app on our phone.

I use it as an alarm clock on my nightstand. Works great for controlling a smart home, asking questions, checking the weather, and displaying my security camera feed. Doesn’t have great speaker quality but it’s acceptable for a clock radio speaker. Get the Echo Gen 3 or Echo studio if you want to primarily listen to music.

Pulling up recipes on this while cooking is cool. I also like being able to see my Ring camera though I wish you could set it up to auto show when someone rang it rather than having to ask Alexa to pull it up. The mic does not work as well as any of my stand alone echo and echo dot devices, I have to yell at it a lot.

Good gadget for your kitchen to use while you cool

We have a few echos over the house and best decision ever! I love being able to use these as a baby camera as well! I am able to cook while seeing my kids play in the room. Recommend!

I bought this to help my mother who has dementia, stay in touch and decrease her feelings of isolation. It has been great deceasing her feelings of isolation during this COVID pandemic

Love the sound quality. However, she struggles to listen. I can He standing in front of it and ask a question and it will not pick up what I ask. All while the Alexa in the next room will hear my inquiry. Would not recommend this model.

I wish the screen was a little better but this is a nice piece of tech for the money (which, in my case, it was free with the Ring doorbell I bought). This would make a great alarm clock replacement.

Like options for screens and footprint is not too big.

The echo show is easy to set up, and it looks good in our kitchen. Small demerits for the microphone not picking up well compared to other echo devices, and because it is actually pretty limited in useful functionality. Still, it does what it advertises to do well, especially for the price.

Works great with Ring cameras. I bought withy cameras and I've also used it for other simple task. Kitchen timers and drop ins in my other Alexa devices.

Surprisingly helpful, great in the kitchen for recipes.

So far we love it. Came with a bundle so a bonus gift.

Fantastic small show! Placed on Nightstand for Ring Announcements (if someone on porch), great picture and sound is good. Wonderful to ask Alexa to set alarm without getting up and to set a clock. See or ask weather (set up a feed if you like). I received as a promotion with the Ring Doorbell.

Great gadget especially when it’s on sale. Drop in from my phone make announcements talk to my kids in a different room play music radio check the weather set up alarms etc...

Gave this as a present to a friend who is very happy with the item. This unit helps a lot if you are deeply integrated into Amazon ecosystem of smart devices like - Ring, Blink, etc.

Works great with Ring doorbell. Easy and fun to use.
