Purchased this for my mom since she still rocks the flip phone and does not have Face Time or any other video chat. She loves it. Even with COVID I can see my mom's smile.

We love playing songs on Apple Music which Alexa offers. We also have it connected to ring doorbell and blink security cameras and works perfectly upon prompting voice commands.

I like that the kiddos can call me and we can visibly see each other on both ends. the device also displays pictures and answers any questions you have.

Works as intended, set it up as alarm clock and to play music when getting dressed. I do wish that it worked a bit better with third party apps so it is not just via Alexa but with use of the touch screen. Future firmware updates will hopefully add more functionality. Still a good buy.

Received this as a free item when I purchased the Ring Pro Doorbell. The voice reaction is much slower then the Echo dot but it works. Light is very dim in the middle of the night because of the dimming feature. You can set up features just like the echo dot. The stand is sold separately.

I love this echo, mainly because I bought the ring and my parents aren’t so tech savvy so I set this up so they can hear and see who’s at the door when someone rings the bell!

We use it everyday. It replaced an alarm clock on our nightstand. It's like going from having a bowl of cereal for dinner to a five course meal!

I received this free with my ring purchase and I was a little apprehensive about it because I thought it was too invasive. But I'll admit it is very convenient and handy.

I like this because it works well with our security cams. We can see what it going on and use it to communicate with visitors. It could be a little bigger, but it works.

Great value for such a great device! Love how it works with Ring doorbell and you can answer and see who is at the door without needing your phone.

I’m amazed that the little screen has a nice quality to it. The speakers are deceptively nice. It’s a perfect addition to a night stand since it doesn’t take too much space.

Nothing supper spectacular but it does what it advertised. I suppose we could do more with it. I can see our security devices and and will turn on and off the lights and etc. Reasonably satisfied

We mainly use it as music speaker because of the powerful bass it offers. We're subscribed to Amazon prime and this device can be used to order stuff, stream music and movies and many other things.

Also speaker is good, better than the echo dot....

Pair this with the Ring Doorbell and you can see that delivery driver drop of your package or pizza. Not a completely necessary purchase, but it can also pose as a smart picture frame.

The entire family loves this. The kids love seeing the words to songs at the bottom as they play. I love how when using it for a recipe it goes step by step and easily repeats!!

I already had an Echo Dot in my living room, but I saw this on sale and grabbed it! It is in my bedroom and my Lenovo Smart Clock got pushed aside. I love having Alexa around!

i loved this so much i got 2, one in the kitchen and one on second level, if i dont answer my phone, my kids will sometime call me on this

It kind of reminds me of a really old smart phone with better speakers and a very limited and simplified operating system. Screen is ok, functionality is ok, camera is ok, speakers are ok... You get the idea. It’s about exactly what you would expect for the price. Basically an echo dot with a crappy touch screen and camera..
