I got this as a way to manage my cameras inside my house. I was unsure of this at first because of the size but it turns out this little device packs a punch! It was easy to set up, very user friendly and looks very elegant. The fact that you can connect to your phone and make phone and video calls is such a plus. The echo show 5 does it all. I love that it isn’t just for my cameras. It’s my alarm clock, my phone, my planner, my photo frame amongst a lot of other things. I plan on putting one of these in every room with smart devices.

Just the perfect size for use as a clock in our bedroom. Love that we can see our security cameras on it as well.

Great little device that works flawlessly. Looks great and the screen is big enough to watch video or to use with Arlo cameras.

I really enjoy this echo show. I use it in my office, which is great for checking meeting count down time, spell check/definition, soft e-z listening music to play while working and so much more.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he loved it. He’s got a hard time seeing his father, who’s in hospice care. After seeing him cry a few times after phone calls with his sweet old father and realizing how kind hearted and sweet his big heart is I had to do something to make it better, easier and more personal for them. I love it. Turns out Alexa really can do everything, even helping ease the pain of letting go of a loved one. Thanks Amazon!

Great device , Alexa is a great assistant, I can ask everything, weather , show me cameras ,put music , set alarm etc .

Great! I've owned Echo voice devices for years but this thing is a game changer. I bought it thinking that the main benefit would be the video calls with family. I was wrong. That is a great feature but this thing has so many more benefits. It makes the original Echo voice devices look like dinosaurs. If you like Echo devices this is a must buy. The 5 inch sized screen is pretty good and perfectly acceptable, but would go with the larger sizes if you can swing it.

Purchased for my 74 Year old Mother whom lives alone... I wanted her to have this incase she falls and cannot get up so she can have Alexa call her emergency list - This is one of the skills in the Alexa App. My mom was not crazy about this new technology... but now she is using it for the weather, cooking reminders, and lights. She is also able to answer drop in calls from her granddaughter and facetime her over the screen. It was a hit and now she loves it.!!

Easy to connect. Love how u can connect the ring cameras to it. Pretty loud speaker for music. Pretty cool product.

Super alarm clock that also plays music and shows photos. If you need another Alexa device, it also does that.

I am the owner of 3 Echo Spots and the first one I purchased the screen started jumping. After researching this issue I found it is very common with this model and that the Echo Spot is no longer made. Soooooo to replace the jumping Echo Spot my husband bought the Echo Show 5 for me for Christmas. I must say I like it even better than the Echo Spot. I like the larger screen however this is still a small device. I am very happy with it so far and just hoping the screen does not start jumping like the Echo Spot.

Great video screen, good sound too, works with all my other Amazon Alexa devices and more. Might buy another one soon!

This is my first time using this device and I love it. Alexa is so smart and can do just about anything. I'm still learning it but so far I love it. You can program skills and she will even record your voice, but I haven't tried any of that yet. I have found recipes and let her read me the instructions as I cook. I have downloaded pictures and use the screen as a digital frame, which also displays the time and date. I recommend this item; and I am very happy with my purchase.

I've always had an echo dot 2nd gen, and upgraded to this echo show. Works well with my ring Doorbell and speakers sound pretty good.

Perfect size for a desk or night stand. Music sounds great from such a small unit. I also use it with Sirius XM Skill for music galore.

I bought this during the pandemic so that my parents could video chat with relatives. It is relatively easy to set up, the picutre is clear and screen is bright. It is a lifesaver in times such as this.

The sound are great.. my kids like the video calling and we can view the camera from outside and by the door

I purchased the Echo Show unit to use in my home office, as a way of getting useful information such as news and weather while I am working, as well as to voice control lighting and air conditioning in the house. I also use it with a Ring doorbell and cameras for home security - I can display the video on the Echo Show using voice commands. Sometimes, I also stream music. It was easy to set up and has many configuration options, such as screen saver styles, types of clocks, etc.
