My husband has used it for cooking, he had it set two timers simultaneously. He looks up weather, recipes, scores to games, etc.. He has enjoyed having it in the kitchen to assist him rather than stopping to go to type question into the computer.

We bought this for my parents for Christmas this year. Best Buy was having the greatest sales so we purchased it and so glad we did! They love it

Got this as a gift and they love it. The only thing is you can’t really use the video call feature unless someone you know also has the show...it would be cool if you could connect it to Apple FaceTime or something.

I love this echo show for recipes and music and timer, I could even check who’s at my front door while in the kitchen multitasking! Love it !

We liked the Echo Show 8 so much we replaced the EchoDot in our bedroom with the Echo 5. Set up was as easy as the Echo 8 but it went downhill from there. After 4 days it stopped connecting to the internet. Had to bring it back to factory new and reset up but it works ok now. It stoped playing Pandora but yet the other Echo products pay Pandora...called Amazon and was told to unplug the unit for 2-3 minutes replug it and now it works. Finally the clock face changes colors and there is no known fix. The Echo 8 is bigger has better sound and no issues.

Alexa makes a lot of things easier. I use it for my blink camera system. Works wonders! I need to get more in the house.

We bought two, one for mother-in-law and one for us, for video calls. We found out that we could use the Alexa app on our cell phones and tablets so we returned this one. Kept the one for the mother-in-law because it is easier for her.

Works with my Ring Alarm System. Can use the Echo Screen to view the Ring Cameras Use commands to activate the Ring Alarm system.

Bought two of these for gifts for family members. We love them! Nice display screen for recipes. Next we'll start using the face time feature

Great little echo and easy to use. Because the small screen I would just recommend using somewhere where you would be close to it

I got this as a free gift when buying my Arlo camera system. I think it works great. Wish it could be louder but it is a small unit.

I bought this to replace a google home I received as a gift. I chose the show for its ability to video chat with my family out of the country.

Well built and pretty good display. It has been interesting with my video door bell well and nice to be able to call up some visuals when needed.

I purchased 4 Echo Show 5's this Christmas. 3 were black and 1 was white. I wanted to give my kids a color option. The whole family loves it!

Amazon, again another great product, little smaller than the 8 but still it has a lot of uses and does same as the 8 inch echo.

not really impressed with the silk browser but what I like is you can get Amazon music unlimited for 1 device for only $3.99 month and the speaker is better than the dot. got it because it came with a blink for only $5 more

Shows my the ring doorbell footage when people ring the doorbell, also use it for music and stuff in the kitchen. Love it.

Works great in utilizing this with the Ring Doorbell. You get a good look of who is at the door as well as the ability to communicate with them.

I put in our hallway close to the restroom. We love the convienance of asking Alexa to play music. Super fast shipping as well.
