Not our first one. Ease to setup and easy to use. Nice screen size. Perfect for the bedroom.

I use it for interface with Ring, and it works great. Alerts us when someone is at the door. Can display front door camera on the display by simply saying to do so. Can access from my iphone through an app to see an active pic of the living room. I would recommend getting a stand for the unit, otherwise you will be looking at the ceiling. A little slow on response to questions. You have to pause between saying "Echo" and what you want to ask. The dot (we call "Alexa") in the bedroom responds very quickly.

Very convenient device. I used it with a Ring doorbell, so I can see when every someone is at my door. Plays music when I tell it to, and tells me facts when I have a simple question. Everyday I ask it for the weather while I'm getting dressed so I know if I need a jacket or just a t-shirt. Small enough to be on a side table and doesn't take up a lot of space. Satisfied purchase.

I bought this because I had a couple Google Home Hubs but I have Ring cameras and could not view them on those, now I can with this, I can also watch Amazon Prime shows on it too. Believe it or not one of the best things about this is that it has the date on the screen, something which seems impossible for Google to figure out. Also even though it's is smaller than my Googles, it seems to be much louder.

Works well. No issues this far. No malfunctions or issues to report. Great item

Received free with purchase of eero. Personally i'm not much into the alexa but a family member is. They love it, especially having a camera so they can check in on their dog when away from home. They are highly into all the alexa products and love this addition. Would definately recommend.

Ease of access Is exactly What we have experience with this wonderful device. Having older parents and adding the Ring devices along with the echo show five provides peace of mind and fun for all our family members. Parents not missing any appointments for not looking at their calendars on the wall because Alexa can remind them of everything and wake them up toI! Medication reminding is another thing we use it for.

Makes for a great alarm clock and radio. It can certainly do more if you want also sounds great.

We are still in the process of learning all the ways our Echo can be used, but using it just for the music alone makes it well worth the cost. I have it on my kitchen counter and search for music as well as the occasional recipe. The speaker quality is very good. We are going to order another for our upstairs bedroom. I know there are alot more ways to use it that we haven't even explored yet!

Got this unit for the bedroom so I can view my ring cameras at night. It is so nice to be able to view the surrounding areas of my house without getting out of bed. The added benefit is the revolving photos like a picture frame. Love seeing photos of years ago of the family. And because of the size, it's perfect next to the bed stand. Not too bright and big.

This works better than I had imagined for its purpose in my life! My mother is disabled after a stroke and aortic disruption and cannot see buttons in a conventional phone to answer it or the memory to know what to do with a smart phone to answer it... wiry this I simply ‘drop in’ and check on her through the day! She also now has the pleasure if actually seeing her other kids states away almost daily which she loves!

This was purchased to replace an old clock radio with CD player. It turned out to be quite difficult to find a replacement that allowed waking to music. The Show 5 works great for this purpose. I have the camera covered and microphone off so we can use it in the bedroom. If only Amazon would allow a user to disable the Alexa hints, and just rotate the weather, upcoming calendar, and the time, it would be darn near perfect.
