Great Echo for the bedroom to use as alarm clock. I have 7 Echos in the house from the 1st Gen Echo, Echo Spot, Echo 5, echo 10, and now the studio. They are all great but the 5 is my favorite for the bedroom. It’s doesn’t have the greatest speaker clarity on the planet if you have the volume up, but overall a very solid Echo.

Bought this as a gift for someone at their request. They wanted a clock that they could talk to and tell it “Alexa just five more minutes” when the alarm went off. So they love it. Just the right size for the night stand, and the backlight dims itself when you turn the lights off. I liked it so much I bought one for myself!

I love this product. I have it in the bedrooms and bathroom to communicate with my daughter instead of getting up or yelling. I liked Amazon show so much, I brought one for my office. Love that I can drop in on my child, set appointments at work, I use the skills in groups, listen to music and love its hands free.

I felt a bit guilty and indulgent ordering yet another Echo device...until my Show 5 arrived. Oh my. What a joy! Set-up was a snap. I have it in my kitchen where I can use it for recipes and for sing-alongs with the lyrics easily readable from the screen. This little thing has GREAT sound, too!

I primarily use this as an alarm clock and I love it! You CAN eliminate the “try Alexa” and you CAN have a large alarm clock time display. There IS a nighttime display mode. You CAN change the clock display. I like it so much I am ordering a second one for my family room. The only thing I wish it could do was set an alarm to music. Overall a great product.

This has been a very useful addition to my son's room. I am able to call him when I'm out of the house or from my room and communicate with him. I appreciate being able to see him while we're talking and that I can use the arcs Alexa app on my phone to do this. He is 11 and it allows him to set alarms, create reminders, turn his TV, Xbox and lights off, all with ease and convenience. I can also do these functions over my phone. It's not only super cool but also very handy. Thanks!

We have 5 Echos in the house and really like them. We use two Echo Show 5s (his and hers) in place of a clock radio in the bedroom, as it does so much more. It shows the time, temp, date, plus it is an alarm, radio, weather, answers questions, plays movies, and turns on and off lights just by speaking to Alexa! Love it!

Impressed with the overall look, really hoping the features start using the screen option more. Very nice upgraded alarm clock with Alexa built it.

I do love this little device. I wanted a device for my desk at work for the clock but also because I watch a lot of videos and listen to music as I work. The sound is amazing for such a small device, the display is very nice and clear for the type of screen they've used to keep costs down. That said however

This product is great! I originally bought this as a gift for a family member but after seeing all that it is able to do, I went out and bought another for myself, for the great price that it is. I primarily use it as my bedside clock and have it connected to all my devices, security cameras and doorbell. Great purchase!

This was a Christmas gift for my wife. She absolutely loves it, and uses it all the time. The screen is small but it is super on a nightstand. From the hundreds of things you can do with ALEX, to viewing your own photos or checking your ring doorbell and other security cams. To FaceTime calls. A+

I love my echo show. I’ve been having it for a while and it comes in handy. When I’m extra sleepy and just want to know what’s the weather like before I get out of bed she is just as accurate as my news station. It plays music from Amazon music and it also tells me recipes. I love this little device it is very very handy.
