It arrived on time and in good condition. It was a great bundle, but it is a little small. I purchased a stand and need to decide where it will be most useful in the house.

Some time it work some time it don’t, asK simple question and will not respond have to use my cell phone it will work more then speaking to it.

Great device, but poor speakers. The speakers on this device is weaker then that of an echo dot. It’s good if you aren’t using it primarily for music.

I purchased the Amazon Echo Show 5 in sale thinking it wouldn't be too bad. When it finally arrived I unboxed one and was immediately disappointed at how small it was. Of course, I knew the size when I ordered , but holding it my hand - it just looked tiny. After set up I realized the screen on the Echo Show 5 was smaller than my smartphone. So...immediate disappointment. Sound quality is not that great rather muddy and thumpy.
