The speaker could better but has a decent picture and works well with Alexa

Good device.... the most important improvement its bilingual... we can talk English and español....

Great product. The only reason I didn't rate 5 star is due to a delay when using the video feature.

Nothing wrong with this device. However, we returned it because the screen was much smaller than anticipated.

I guess this product should be free since it is more or less shopping tool for Amazon. So Amazon should give it for free to people. There are always advertisement running on the home screen about products I don't care or some recipes which I don't care either It can play Music but only Amazon music & prime does not give you access to good music. You need to purchase extra subscription

Cool item for kitchen to answer door or have intercom. Wish I could have google app to have YouTube.

It has a nice screen and does everything as advertised well. No complaints if you don't mind the smaller screen size.

Setup was easy not cell phone friendly to use hotspot shows alot of what Alexa can do I use to keep in touch with my mom.

difficult to set up for in-laws. I purchased these units for my in-laws there were in the hospital with Covid-19. I hoped they would be able to use these to talk to each other and us. In order to have the unit communicate with each other, you have to setup with a phone system. I ended up using my personal phone Which resulted in all of my contacts being downloaded to the system. I was able to use the Alexa app to remove the contacts with difficulty. As a result, the units could not be used to receive calls. You have to have your phone's Alexa app set up with an individual account or the call will go through to your other Alexa devices. It took me several hours to band-aid the devices together. Then when I dropped them off at the hospital they refused to allow them to be connected to the hospital WiFi. So unless they were hotspotted to a phone they were pointless. Good concept but poor execution for a product, particularly in today's Covid restrictions.

It’s good but I think screen is to small. But other then that works perfectly fine.

Voice quality is great but display is average and therefore does not fulfill the equation.

It does all that is advertised. Use for weather, sports update , and music. It also alerts me to motion on Ring camera.

It's a little small , I think it's probably better to buy the 8 inch model. Works great with alexa.

Does its job. it is being used to show recipes in the kitchen. Just turn it off when not in use.

I actually got this for free buying the ring door system Other then that I really don’t understand it very complicated

This allows us to see the front door when we ask and it answers a lot of questions when asked. Very interactive.

So far I love the echo 5. It does everything I expected and more. I love that I can look at both my ring for bells

Love it! Use it everyday Way better than running up and down the stairs to speak to family member!
