Small unit with great sound and reasonably priced.

This device actually performs a countless amount of things! It performs almost anything you can think of like telling time to answering your ring doorbell to showing recipes and playing music and so much more. Ordering on Amazon prime is so easy! It communicates with other devices etc.

We love our Echo Show 5 Smart Display with Alexa. We bought one for each room. Alexa has helped with homework, recipes and we also listen to music and sometimes watch a show. The best thing is we can drop in on each others room and talk through the device, it's great!

I honestly havent unboxed this unit yet, bc it was a gift for my dad, but I bought him something else and decided to just keep it for myself bc I liked my Echo Show 5 in white so much. I work from home and am go-go-go all the time, so its nice to have 1 in each room to help me stay on schedule.

Love the way it sounds and displays information and music sounds so good

I replaced a radio alarm clock that would lose 15 minutes each year with this device. It keeps accurate time, shows the time on the screen, wakes me up when it is supposed to. Finally, I can control my home automation and get the weather and news simply by asking. What more could one want?

This was a gift. My sister likes to watch her car because of the area. She likes the Echo because of all it offer, also she has never had an Alexa. We added on the mini camera. She loves that she can watch her vehicle and enjoy the benefits of Alexa. I am pretty sure she is hooked now.

The Amazon Echo 5 is great. I am able to ask questions, and get the weather not only in my area but also in other states. Furthermore, me and my family can listen to our favorite songs. The nice scree is wonderful to view many things. I am very happy I bought this technology.

Really like this item. Mainly purchased as an alarm clock. Really like that you do not have to reach to turn alarm off. Just tell "Alexa" to do it. Can set a snooze time the same way. Goes into night mode at night so the light will not bother you. Many other things you can do with this product.

Got this for my sister for Xmas because I have one too. Now we can video chat without our phones. Love this echo show 5. It’s so useful with all the things Alexa can do. For example, it can answer questions, set alarms, and even watch shows and movies on it. I also got it on sale so even better!

I bought my second one. The first one is the regular size. Sorry for the late review I love watching movies on it

I got this for my mom on Mother’s Day. I own several Echo devices and this one doesn’t disappoint. You can call, watch videos, and of course, listen to music! It’s nice and loud. I would also suggest that you get the stand with your device. Altogether, I would definitely recommend this to everyone!!

I wasn't sure about having an Alexa in my house but it has a camera cover so I was happy about that. I'm still learning how to use it but it has come in helpful to set alarms and ask quick questions I don't have time to look up. I'm sure the more I'll use it the better I'll like it. I love the fact that you can set it on an "away" feature so if it hears the smoke alarm or breaking glass it will contact you. My 5 year old grandson likes to ask it to show pictures of his favorite items!

I wanted a smart display for the bedroom to replace my simple alarm clock. It works perfectly as the display auto dims at night and provides news, alarms, weather etc when one wakes up. I really like the feature to physically clock the camera shutter for security. Just the right size for the bedroom.

Nice upgrade from echo dot (which i had for ~ 2 yrs). Easily connects to smart devices including smart cams. Can just ask alexa to monitor smart cams. One of the cool things is to play song with lyrics displayed on screen. My 4yrs daughter has picked up so many songs with this cool feature.

We love using Alexa through this device. The screen make it a lot of fun, and the sound is great for streaming audio!

We have several Amazon Echo Dots in our house. After getting an Echo Show for our bedroom we realized that our Ring doorbell automatically showed live video to it when someone was at the door. We ended up getting a second Echo Show for the living room specifically to show the Ring Doorbell video. I only gave 4 stars because I have noticed that it does not catch the trigger "Alexa..." as well as the Echo Dots. I feel we have to repeat "Alexa" more with the Show.

Love this gadget. Took a while but got the home lights, garage lights, and Ring device to all sync with the Echo show. Now, it’s so simple to turn off lights, check and answer Ring calls, play songs and many other tasks just by talking to the device. Never thought it would happen but feels very futuristic to control so many things via voice control. Have a little patience setting everything up and you will be rewarded handsomely as things will become a lot easier.

I received the Echo Show 5 free with my Blink outdoor cameras. When linked to the cameras the Echo Show 5 announces when motion is detected at the specific camera. I used it to phone my contacts, wake me up to music, make a grocery list, and recipes for cooking. This is a handy device for the home.

This is my second Alexa. I use it literally every day. I love the sandstone color and wish I knew about that before buying my first one (black) just because it matches my house better. I don’t have any issues with either. I use it to see Ring, listen to music, set timers, make calls, etc
