Great but missing something

The only draw back is for the most part the device is voice activated. You are not able to navigate by touch. I wish it had more touch navigation compatibility. It’s 5 stars but due to the lack of touch interaction I dropped it down to three stars.

Good for gifting?

I haven't explored its features very much, but I haven't used it more than once since I purchased it. It might be a good gift option for someone that doesn't have an iphone, but would like to have face calls with others.

Received as a gift

I use it in a different room so is handy. Big display for it's size, you can watch videos and such, but don't expect a great visual experience. Like Alexa, limited in what it can do. If I didn't get this as a gift I would not have bought one.

I think it’s a good foundational device that needs some refinement. Amazon needs to allow consumers to turn off the “Try This” pop ups, it’s maddening, and takes away from the overall experience.

When Alexa listens, it's good. Otherwise, meh.

I haven't made calls and I'm still not a fan of the screen use. It's a big clock in the kitchen and that's pretty much it.
