Too hard to set up!

It was very difficult having to be connected to Alexa only. It seems that anybody you want to talk to also has to have an Alexa or the app. It’s not very user-friendly for an elderly person

Step backwards in mic response

All the other units do a better job than this one. Amazon said changing the key word would help but it didnt. As a result we moved it to the guest room so they can see the time lol
