Cannot complete set up; have called three times and been to store three times. TV continues to turn off every 5 minutes - sleep timer cannot be turned off. I have asked for help and received none that is effective.

If you are alexa household and want to talk to other amazon users it is a great product, but outside of that. It seems like applications can be more flexible and easier with non amazon alexa user. Not bad, just not amazing.

It's good, this isnthe 2nd one, the first one would not work with the ring doorbell and then2ndnone works right out of the box. Only complaint is it takes too long to display the person at the door when doorbell is rang.

Just OK! Not as nicely designed as the previous round one. Instead of improving the old globe design and fix the flickering display Amazon went for generic rectangular design with the identical software and capability.

Great SMart Display. I am able to connect this technological device to my cellular device and to my security system as well as my ring service and I am able to see who is at my front door without going to the door.

I have an echo dot and a regular echo, and I prefer them to this one. It struggles to listen and understand what you mean. The angle of the camera is weird. And the sound quality is not very good. Maybe they'll get better in time.

It's ok. It came free with our Eero wifi system. So I can't complain too much. It can be slow and unresponsive. Also, the sound is fairly low quality.

Great product, but you cannot switch accounts on it or it will be useless. I upgraded and gave mine to my son and he could not use it at all and now that I try to log back in like I used to it doesn't let me either.

so, not the easiest to set up with the Ring door bell, had it working, now it's not. don't like having to let it set things up and trying to figure it out. like being able to ask questions and it displays the answers, like weather, etc.

The Echo has been great for me to talk and see my family since Covid19. Cons: The Echo is connected to my Ring but never alert me that someone is at the door and the alarm don't always go off. Woke up late several time.

I got this for a pretty good price during the holidays and it was pretty well worth what I paid for it. The screen is just too small for my liking, though. If you can afforded just get one of the bigger ones.

Could be better. i have it linked to my Ring cameras. would be nice if it would just show the live feed when a notification pops up, you have to ask it to show you the live view..

Smaller than I expected. I have used it a couple times for voice queries and as a Bluetooth speaker but it uses as limited if you and your acquaintances do not own smart home devices.

I loved it the first day but after a while my ring doorbell no longer connects to it. I checked the app and everything is fine. It just no longer work with ring, but I do like it. It works very well and I'm happy with my purchase

Only had for a month and have only used to view front door with Ring. I have not tried to use any other options, do not see the need for these unit other than viewing front door.

If you get a deal on it, it an interesting device. But it does not do much more than the Echo does. The video content it displays is limited. I would not pay full price for it, but if you find a deal it might be worth it.

Just got this, but when streaming music it sometimes works and plays back fine and then sometimes distorts the music from the speakers. Very strange. Seems there are others having same issue after doing a search on the issue.

I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to get it if it hadn’t already been included in a bundle with the Ring system camera. It’s pretty nice to have although, it’s pretty annoying how slow it is.

Set-up is difficult, trying to connect to others, there is supposed to be a toggle switch for Contacts for requesting/allowing Drop-in. But there isn’t.

It’s okay. While it’s nice to have the video feed for checking on outdoor camera and nursery, it seems that this echo does not hear/understand as well as our echo dots which is annoying at times.
