Would be a great product if all the features would work constantly. Alexa picks and chooses what she wants to abey. Google Home is sooooooo much better

Nothing outstanding about this. It works fine. Main reason was the ability to use it with my ring doorbell and the use of it is a little clunky. By the time everything loads I could have just gone to the door

Honestly the design is nice and the intentions to. I think it’s to complicated to get it running. It will not work unless you download an app on your phone. It was bough for seniors. Not my favorite. Returned

Rarely works properly. When asked to play a specific song, one day Alexa understands me the next day she doesn’t. Links my cell phone when I haven’t asked it to be linked..I don’t like that.

It does the job... the interface on this sucks. Sometimes it acts as if it's not connected to wifi and will sit there for a few minutes "thinking". I have to unplug it and then plug it back in. Super annoying. I bought this as a glorified alarm clock so that I could wake up to my favorite radio station (I live in a rural area where radio attenas suck). It does the job most days (or until it forgets it is connected to wifi...) I will be switching to Google in the future.

It was looking good and good sound, very interesting because shows me everything but start having troubles to connect to wifi so I decide to return it

I don’t use this thing much, but find it useful for looking at the time and weather. I will say that playing music for my dog when I’m not home is much easier with this little gadget.

It stopped responding after about a week! I returned it! I bought another and that stopped responding to wake word but then responded one day!

Thought I would be able to connect to ring for viewing my front door. Connection issues and it does not work. Other than that it’s great. Have 3 stars because it doesn’t do what I purchased it for.

Great product, but not sure it adds anything if you already have a Echo. It is ok when used with the Ring doorbell, but since most of your alerts come on your phone, it doesn't add much.

I tried to like this but it wasn’t user friendly at all and it can’t even come close to google when asking for directions or information. I ended up returning it since I knew I would not use this.

I was hoping I could stream shows from my Xfinity account to the device like I do my phone, but it does not have the capability. Otherwise it is just like all the other Amazon Alexa products.

It's a pretty cool gadget, but it has a hard time understanding what I ask compared to my google home. I had to get an echo to be able to control my FireTV, which isn't compatible with Google.

The screen was a bit small (I should have gotten the 8), but the bigger issue was the limitations on what you can do. No Netflix or other video services really hamper what could be a great device.

It works well on the commands given. However the Audio is very hard to understand. Always sounds muffled and cannot change to a different voice. I found the Google mini to have better audio quality.

First step in setting up a smart home. Unable to setup a second smart home on device. I wish it were more user friendly. Display isn't bad for first timers.

I received this a Free item when I purchased a Ring Doorbell. I chose not to set it up for fear this thing would listen to Too much and send Too much info to the Cloud.

The only downfall I feel with this item is I have to yell even when I’m right beside the echo show for it to respond. I use it mainly as a bedside clock and to check the weather.

This is my fist Alexa device and I’m Disappointed. I’ve been running google home For years and it works flawlessly. Alexa seems to have a hard time with anything I ask her to do.

It goes on sale so much it cheapens the product. It makes you feel some type of way when you have something in your home you paid ninety bucks for, and then they offer it for half that price a week later....smh
