A little small and the voice recognition is sub par. As an in-between type of device, it's not that useful. it did come free as part of a deal, so that's one thing going for it.

I wanted an Alexa with a clock display, the echo dot with clock display was out of stock so I bought this. It’s fine as far as Alexa capability but the display dims at night and clock can’t be seen.

Love this, but honestly we probably don’t use it as much as we could. And I swear it’s always listening to us. We bought my mother-in-law the bigger version and she loves it!

Overall good product. However, voice recognition seems to not work at some points. Have to repeat myself alot of times. But for the price it is worth it

Its kind of hard to use it. I really til know after viewing several videos in YouTube cannot make it work with my Ring cameras. Its sort of complicated to use. Would not purchased again.

Don’t use it much. Mostly for weather for the day and maybe a corny joke. It can be responsive but sometimes will pick up things when I don’t say “Alexa”.

It's an average item from Amazon. Needs better microphones/doesn't hear well or respond immediately. Screen is also pretty small for a bulky item taking up precious counter space.

We purchased for our father for a Christmas gift. He plugged it in and it worked for one hour. Then the screen went blank. Return the product to Best Buy with no hassle.

Its okay, it does what it is supposed to, but I find that it doesn’t understand what I say have the time. I have reset the voice settings a few times, nothing changes

Second show 5 i own as pleased as the first one. Couple minutes to setup and alexa is ready to go. Integrates well with ring cameras amd other vpice assitance features.

This is an OK product. I mainly got it for its connectivity to Ring. The search function is very weak compared to Google devices. The constant ads are also annoying.

Good concept and great size for a "smart" alarm clock. However, microphone function is questionable over time and littered with ads at every turn.

Alexa responds but does not perform commands half the time - have it paired with ring phone - cannot keep- display (camera) more than 2 minutes before returning to home.

Decent product. I use mine mainly to turn off my smart lamp. I rather use the monitor to look at. Too small but it’s a cool tech item to have. Wouldn’t pay full price for one.

The Echo Show is a little to small for me. Most of the time it does not respond to your voice. You have to keep on trying to wake it up. They need an update on it .

If I can figure out how to make it so that just the clock shows up and information that is no use to me doesn’t keep scrolling by, I’ll give it 5 stars.

Product works well but I should have waited and bought one with a bigger screen. Also the speakers need to be improved so it can be used as a bluetooth speaker.

I’ve tried to set this up to my cameras but can’t figure it out. I’m waiting on daughter to help me. I do use it for music and clock right now . I enjoy these things.

I got this to watch shows in the kitchen while cooking big meals and watch recipe videos. I can't Netflix or Hulu. Hard to locate browser for Pinterest. Its just hard to navigate.

It's a good combo device with Ring doorbell. This is an upgrade from regular echo dot for us so we can see the video from Ring doorbell. Unfortunately the sound is not so good.
