it was free but still don't really care for it

I preferred the google home hub because it was just simple and user friendly compared to this.

I already have the older white larger unit from several years and the sound and bass is way better than this new smaller model. I wish I could return it and get another of the older model much better sound!

ok for Alexa enthusiasts

I have both side by side in the kitchen. In my opinion Alexa < Google. I had to buy it because google doesnt synch with Ring cameras and doorbell (!). This Echo is an OK device for a smart home.

It’s nice to be able to see pics and videos, but for some reason it stopped charging and would not turn back on. I don’t think it’s under warranty anymore either. /;

Good Idea Bad Quality

It is useful in the kitchen when I need to do quick conversions or have a recipe pulled up quickly.

(eg . play cocomelon rhymes in yout tube. this works better in google)
