This is not good with apps. The Alexa app is horrible. Netflix, Spotify, and Hulu does not work despite being downloaded. The only thing that decently works is YouTube. Do not get this!

I love echo products, but this is my least favorite child of them all. I bought this for an alarm in my bedroom and other than the pretty display, I regret this purchase. The mic is garbage. I find myself standing directly in front of this unit and screaming just for it to respond. Other amazon devices will hear me screaming at this device and do the command way in the other room. Not worth the retail price at all.

I have to restart this thing a lot! And I feel like I can get a few recipes or tasks done before she starts ignoring me :// but when it works it works..

Alexa doesn't seem to know a lot of the answers to some basic questions and I'm not sure if its just me or the app or the item.

Had difficulties linking Arlo Video doorbell (which was the primary reason for purchase). Screen response lagged at times.

I bought 2 of this Echo show. Try everything, but it did not connect to ring doorbell. I am not a super tech guy, but setup a smart device I know I can.

I like the concept but the speaker is not great and Alexa can hardly hear. I always get a response from my Echo Dot that is in an entirely different room.

We had to returned this because we couldn't do video call. Maybe because this is more compatible with apple than it is with android.

After 6 month using this I can say that is the WORST Amazon product I've ever tried. I don´t know if I get a bad one or what but it´s always freezing, it didn´t understand anything, it´s imposible to make it work with my Fire Stick (it shows everything I ask in the little screen instead of in my TV), THE WORST! My old Echo NO SHOW is infinite better than this one.

It's fine if you don't mind giving Amazon data, this came free with a purchase. Wouldn't have bought otherwise.

I bought this thinking it would make a good bedside clock. The clock displays for a few seconds and then scrolls through all the things “Alexa” can do.

We got the Show so we can have the arlo baby camera on it at night. It connected to the camera at first but it would time out, which defeated the purpose. Also there was a 20-30 sec delay. Then after a week it would not connect to the camera at all. Super frustrating! Went back to using our phones. Now it’s used just like the dot, so basically a waste of money for us.

I purchased this, but after a couple of days returned it. I did not find any real functionality to this piece of equipment. I thought i could use it as a monitor for my Ring Cameras, but it turns out you still have to hit the bittons to get to the picture. It will not stay showing the picture. :(

The Show 5" was great when I got it. Over time it no longer will recognize a wakeup command and will give answers or replies not related to the question or command asked. I have disposed of it and have gone back to using my Amazon Echo which still works without a flaw.

when we had the door bell and cameras installed the man told me he didn't work on the alexa so we have been trying on our own so far no luck

It’s not like echo dot at all, Alexa can’t sing most music like my ole echo dot, my daughter still like echo than this one

Unless you want Jeff Bezos to know everything about you and your family's habits, it's just an overpriced digital clock.

I have a lot of smart devices and some of them include smart displays, this one was the only one giving me hard time to configure it, giving me error and saying the can’t connect to my WiFi, I know it wasn’t a WiFi problem since I have it next to my router I I have a speed of 200 mps after installed it doesn’t understand often what you said and it turns off by it self. First and last thing from amazon I bought

I bought this for my grandson thinking he can see youtube on it but you can’t ..reason why I returned the product

This is a beautiful device, but the fact that I had to factor reset it TWICE kills me. I couldn't video chat without doing so...
