No auto live when Ring doorbell is pressed

I have to ask "Alexa who is at the front door" to view the video, not so Smart design for a smart display. I guess Alexa and Ring departments don't talk to each other.

Echo Show 5 not turning on

Echo Show 5 worked fine for around 6-7 months, and then one day, it turned off. I tried everything possible to turn it on, but nothing worked. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Have to shout wake word multiple times

Not just for me but for everyone in my family. We are all becoming very frustrated having to shout the Wake word multiple times to be heard and recognized
