I've tried to have geek squad help me, employees, and have went in person.. to then be scheduled with a specialist. The specialist rescheduled, I've called, and have not been called back. This has been about a 3-4 week process. Thanks.

Horrible experience. I had a progressive lease exchange and the store manger was inappropriately rude! I did not have time to report the issue but I would like to make it known.i was told I wasted his time. Horrible experience.

Not great! I purchased for my guest room and every time I tell it to turn off the light it says an error has occurred yet turns off the lights. The setup process was long and doesn’t follow the DOTs setup. I wouldn’t buy this again.

I love the ease in using it it's access to information and how it works with other technology. But 2 days after being connected, it has stopped working with no explanation. My wifi works fine so that's not it. We didn't hook it up until after Christmas.

Sound was ok , then one day last week 4/3/2020 it died ,will have to see what kind of warranty there is, we have other devices and they are awesome thought we'd try this, regretting that now

I'm a long time Echo user. Over the past few months every Alexa in my house is having more difficulty waking up. I frequently have to shout the Wake word multiple times. So sick of these.

As a smart speaker, it is hard to beat the echo line up. It integrates incredibly easy with all my smart appliances including my security system. I am able to view all my cameras with a simple voice command, drop into my other Echo devices, and even voice call family members. For me, I have an echo show in each room which allows me to talk to anyone in any room easily via the intercom system as well as play music through all the speakers. As a speaker, it provides a rich and full sound that will appease most people. Allowing me to pair multiple speakers together to have a whole room and house experience is great as well. Even allowing me to pair with my higher-end speakers. An Echo Show is more than just a smart speaker. It is a hub to your smart home experience. Amazon has really nailed it out of the park with how easy it is to use the Echo Show and to integrate into your life. The name of the game is making things easier and this surely works.

Did not work. Wouldn’t boot past start up screen. I bought two for the buy one get one free. The other device worked fine, however one of them didn’t work at all.

Pros - None Cons - device is not useful - cant use as bedroom clock because it lights up the room - could not find a single use case for this device in our home

Have no idea i retuned it because thr even though i paid for installation the installeer could not installed it because electricity is not there and they dont install the electricity to the item wierd

It works rather nicely although it's glitchy. I because I linked it to my amazon account it can be set the show related items to what I recently bought or what I just looked up. I've tried turning it off multiple times but after updates normally it turns the option back on again. It's not that big of a deal I just have to be careful when buying gifts for family members

I received this item as part of a blink camera deal, I was looking forward to using it, it only worked for 3 days then it shut off and never worked again.

I refuse to set any of these devices up in my home. I received it free with a purchase. Like we really need more data points about ourselves than the ones our phones and computers already provide.

I was not crazy about this model. I dont know what it is. My regular big Alexa can hear me and responds. This one I bought specifically for the kitchen. And it doesn’t work to show me recipes. Take down my stuff for lists.

Item was supposed to be an gift when buying Ring devices and this was never given to me (recipe proves it) but was added in my products after purchasing Ring system. This Rating is on bestbuy name Not on Amazon show

I like this item as well as many other Apple devices, I was disappointed the find out that the device required an application to access the features I desired,apple does this with vague language to deceive and trap consumers

Very bad user experience my mother could not use it I bought it for her she had me take it back the same day it is not good get a dot instead.
