I added this to my existing Amazon Alexa products and it has been working great. I use it in my room as my alarm clock, for weather updates, it is connected to my ring doorbell so I don't have to leave the room to see who's at the door (usually solicitors lol).

I love this gadget it helps me out with my recipes and all the questions that I have. Sometimes it doesn’t answer me but I think it’s because it doesn’t know what I said. I like listening to my playlist and looking at Netflix on it for my daughter.

It works just like a regular alexa but with a screen. We were mainly interested in it linking to our ring camera, which it does easily. When someone rings the bell you get a live screen notification which is really nice. Picture quality is good also.

Got this as an add on with my ring. It's been fun and a great addition. I can see my door, ask it questions and even get cooking videos. I can even have it call my phone when I lose it which has come in handy a few times. I like it and find most of the features pretty handy

I love Alexa! I ended up buying more for my family members. Unfortunately they either can't be bothered with setting it up or just can't due to their computer skills. Those that did are quickly turning Pro Alexa...... Alexa,..... End Post

Love it! We have 2 and would gladly buy again. We can see who’s at our door (we have ring security system), can make video calls, look up recipes and have it read out the steps! We use this daily!

Alexa is much smarter now, and I am able to customize my morning routine to waking up, listening to my preferred news, put on reminders. And it understands me very well, is able to offer new suggestions to some of the questions. Intuitive to set up and use.

Awesome, easy to use. Announcing visitors and works in conjunction with ring door bell peep hole viewer so you can be in total control of your surroundings and watch out for those dang porch pirates! Love my geeks and today’s tech!

Bought the ring security system at the same time. This unit not only replaces my alarm clock but allows me to see all the ring camera around the house anytime I ask. Love it! Going to Buy the 10.1 screen for the wife in the kitchen for recipes and access to the cameras.

Purchased two monitors with Ring Video Doorbell for my grandmother for Christmas! Work great for her so she can see who’s at the door rather than searching for her phone. Easy to set up, placed in different rooms for optimal use. Would recommend!

i didnt know if i would like this or not but i really love it. the household uses Alexa alot but i wasnt sure if the video screen would be useful -- it is! glad i bought the 5 inch. great size. the larger one is probably nice too if you have the space.

I finally settled down with the Show 5. I tried all of the other competitor equivalent sizes/product and I am choosing Amazon. Reasons: 1. Googl sends a lot of traffic to their own servers. I specifically opted out of updates and statistic sharing but it was sending a lot of data. Im a professional computer security guy by trade and I did not like it at all. 2. The biggest complaint I have read about the Shows are that they send different AMZ statements like spam. Well, everyone forget to tell you that it can be turned off. Last note is Show 5 has a clock. So, its a better bedroom, office, living room device versus the Show 8. The 8 is just bigger but the clock doesnt stay on.

absolutely love my alexa show. i’ve had many echo dots but as soon as i got the show, i knew i would never just get the dot again. having the screen adds a whole other level to the device

Purchased an Echo Show 8 during Amazon Prime day and my wife and I really enjoyed the functionality the show provides. We purchased the Echo Show 5 for our bathroom and it gets used for daily weather updates, music, and the occasional disagreement requiring a "Google" check. The structural quality of the unit is outstanding and is pretty simple to set up. The unit connects via WiFi and is exceptionally strong connecting with my wireless router on the other side of the house. If there is one thing that is challenging with the Show, it is getting a feel for all of the options and capabilities associated with it. Keep in mind, if you have an Amazon Prime account, you have significantly more music options available than if you don't. I have purchased an additional few units for family members since we've discovered our enjoyment with it.

This Echo Show was bundled with the Ring Doorbell we purchased, so it's our first exposure to an Echo device. Getting it integrated with our WiFi network and the Ring Doorbell was simple. My wife has been using it more than I have and she is completely satisfied with it.

More compact than my first Echo Show and it fits in my kitchen nicely without taking up too much room. Still gives me all the great features PLUS I can video call upstairs and not climb the staircase to tell anyone dinner is ready. It's the best.

Provides all the Alexa services with a handy video format for our kitchen location. Paired with Sirius and Amazon music sources gives us plenty of mood setting options from low key chilling to high energy let's get ready for company rock on. Nice to ask about the weather or spontaneous questions or operate remote lights and other devices with a dedicated video screen.

My wife love the Echo Show very easy to set up use and sync with your in home wireless internet system. It's a one stop device where you get the temperature, weather and the music of your choice

This came free with a package I bought, so hard to say if this matches the price, but I'll say this - absolutely perfect to use as a bedside alarm clock. Works well. I really don't use the video all that much, but for alarms, weather, etc. it's solid.
