Upgraded from the Echo Spot and love it. Speaker works well and a nice screen size.

This plays YouTube and amazon music. Helps with questions and answers and reference material. Reminders and games. I've had other echo devices. Seems this one is hard of hearing but actually not too bad some are sensitive to the wake word "Alexa"

I would recommend this to a friend. I have two already and am very pleased with it. I can watch YouTube videos and can talk with loved ones. I can also hook up my camera feed to my security camera. this is a great upgrade from the echo dot

I don't know how I managed before this purchase. Alexa is always there, ready and waiting to help keep me organized, make my phone calls, provide reminders, and entertain me. It is a life changer I highly recommend.

Very nice smaller version of the echo show and speaker is better than I thought it would be.

Coming from Echo Spot, the sound quality of this device is way better! More bass and louder! I use it for everyday task, such as checking the weather and news, alarm clock. Having a bigger display than echo spot makes this device easier to use.

On sale, got a few of these to “smarten” up my home. Easy set up, and basic features for communications (drop ins, announcements, etc), alarms/reminders, music play function well. Alexa assistant seems to be expanding skills continually, so expect that will continue to explore features for the devices. Like the small footprint, and functionality for the size.

Got one of these as a starter unit for my mom and dad, to use in their kitchen. this size is great because it does not take up alot of counter space and is really nice looking in the white/sandstone in terms of a light airy feel. great deal of the day too!

We liked the other echos that we had to get another one! Our house is hooked up to dots and now show 5’s. This little device really delivers sound through my house. I can be in the kitchen and ask it a question and hear clearly. We will definitely be buying more.

I bought the Amazon echo show five few weeks ago and absolutely love it. It’s an easy way to get quick information, especially about the current weather. I have it hooked up to our video doorbell and can watch and see who might be at the door. I highly recommend it.

Came along with the purchase of our ring doorbell 3 awesome combination we have it in our kitchen and when someone is outside we can see whose outside, we can play music from our Amazon account or watch YouTube videos awesome companion for the ring

Works just like an echo dot, with all the Alexa skill, but has a screen & a better speaker.

I bought a Ring Door Bell system and this was a bonus, with the system. I love the echo show. I'm able to control multiple electronic devices, get information on my Amazon purchases, set timers, get advice from Alexa on a multitude of subjects, etc.

I like our echo show 5. It does all the stuff a bigger echo show does but in a smaller package with dimmer lights good for a bedroom and alarm clock. highly recommend if you don't intend to use for your primary speaker but rather for simple use in a bedroom.

Awesome little Device, got it as a free gift for purchasing an arlo system online. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because of the fact it’s more invasive than it is helpful. Amazon claims you can make the device inactive and gives you options to turn off the mic and camera. Which I appreciated. What I didn’t appreciate was the fact when you turn the mic off it just is muting the device and the mic isn’t actually off, it’s just ignoring its wake commands. Like most home hubs, this thing isn’t to ease your life, it’s a very invasive data collection tool created by big tech to gather consumer data from your home without your knowledge. If you can get past that reality and are cautious about how integrated you allow it to be in your home it becomes a very cool device. Just be aware it’s not your friend or enemy, it’s a spy for big tech to collect data from you without your knowledge, that data includes who you are, who’s in your house, product names, programs watched, apps downloaded, user data, and a slew of other things that amazon can sell to Nielsen and other rating services. These devices are just a replacement for the old Nielsen’s “I’ll give you a dollar, if you let me see all the money you spend and send me pictures of the food in your fridge, appliances etc”. The device is essentially a IRS auditor for your home, except most don’t know that’s what they paid for!

Good system love it best to communication with my family

Love it so much brought 2 more as a gift. I like the fact you can video call right from the device. Great sound quality and so many other great features like watching movies,music videos and listening to the weather just to name a few.

The Echo Show 5 came as a bonus to my purchase of a Ring security system. I did not know what to expect but I love it. It was simple to set up and very easy to use. Sits in the kitchen as a great resource for recipes, weather, news, entertainment, etc.
