It takes a while to set this up and the instructions are not very clear. I found a video on YouTube that walked me through setup and it worked just fine. It came in a package deal with a ring door camera and getting the two to work together was the problem.

My kids really like it, does everything that dot and echo speaker does but with touch screen. Great price at $50, going to get another for video calling!

Great! Sometimes Alexa listens, sometimes she don't. And she doesn't always read what's on her screen which is a hassle sometimes. Say, you ask her to tell you about the "Great Wall of China". She'll start by reading you an article and if you touch the screen to scroll down, she'll stop reading and if you ask her to "continue reading" she'll tell you "I'm sorry but I can't do that function" or something like that. Which is a slight hassle. But she's good for little things like setting her up with Bluetooth lights and controlling them through voice, setting timers, being a clock, a speaker, when you're bored and you can play mini games through her or watch YouTube, telling the news, etc. One star off for that, Video calls are cool but it can be a little slow. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

I like it. Just need to take time to figure out how to use it the way I want. Bought it a pretty much buy one get one free price. Basically using it for a beside clock. Has large enough numbers to see across the room without my glasses. What I haven't figured out is how to get it to show the clock all the time. It sometimes shows weather and amazon products ads like amazon music etc. So you are not seeing the clock all the time. The other thing is it dims to much at night and it is so dim I can hardly see the number. I have listened to music on it and sound is not good, very muddied, muddled. Asked Alexa to adjust bass, treble, and midrange and it helped some. Have had cheap clock radios that sounded way better. So haven't figured out how to tune the sound

We have had the echo dot for a little over a year, well the screen on this just adds to the experience. It also comes in handy with our ring door bell.

I have several Echo Show 10" throughout the house. I wanted a smaller one for my bathroom. The Echo Show 5" is the perfect size for it.

We bought in hopes of having Alexa close by and the convenience of a visual alarm clock nearby. Works great and integrated well with our other Amazon devices.

Overall , is a very good product. Bright colors , always on , no problems to speak of. Pretty much compatible with 99% of electronic equipment.

This is great for smaller spaces. We have the large show in our kitchen but this is great for bedrooms, offices, or other locations where you need the screen.
