We bought this for our girls' grandparents so they could stay intouch.

Should have been released years ago! I like this one. Good size, sound and screen.

It's a miniature digital assistant / computer commanded by your voice. Voice recognition can be better but it's not bad. Sometimes you have to raise your voice and speak slower for Alexa to comprehend your question or comment and respond back correctly. Touchscreen could also be improved but it's ok for what it does. Comes with a camera tab that can be manually closed for added privacy. Screen will cycle through various screens when left alone: weather, news, clock, photos, and whatever else you'd like to customize with it.

Love this Echo Show! Just the right size and the sound quality is great!

This device can do everything that Alexa devices are capable of. I have this connected in my kitchen downstairs so that I can easily view who is outside my main door since its compatible with my Arlo devices. I just have to say "Show me the front door" and it does just that. The speakers can get very loud for a tiny device. In comparison to the Nest Point, this device gets much louder.

My mother is bedridden and can not see out her window. We set one Echo Show in the window and one at her bed side. Now she can see the neighbors come and go, and she watches the birds in the feeders just outside her window. When she feels like it, she asks Alexa to play music or tell her what the weather is going to be for the day. What wonderful product that can do so much more!!!!

It’s an excellent camera to use and also easy to use. The sound is good also.

Got this for half price. It’s great. The unit is heavy so it doesn’t move around the nightstand. The alarm is good. Turning it of is easy once you figure out how. Nice informative little display. Much bigger than the spot. The screen dims itself in the dark so it’s not noticeable unless you want to see it. It begins to brighten just before the alarm goes off. Will buy more for rest of family when on sale next.

I initially bought two of these to complement the three Echo Show 8's I had. The sound quality was a bit disappointing but didn't surprise me. With smaller speakers than the Show 8 they don't have a chance of producing the frequency range of the 8. So I moved them into the bedrooms as alarm clocks. They're super in that role. The clock fills the face, and the alarms get loud, which I desperately need. I can also wake to music if desired. Alarms are set and cancelled with a verbal request of Alexa. I'd highly recommend these for that function. Set up is a breeze using the Alexa app.

This ended up getting put in our kitchen. It was my understanding that this came with unlimited access to Amazon music, however that gets billed to your Amazon account, $4 a month, which is still a really good deal for the amount of music you get access to. We listen to is while doing dishes, cooking, cleaning, etc. It's also useful for recipes, timers, weather, and dumb knock knock jokes.

Christmas gift for the wife to have something in the kitchen to play music, videos, recipes while we are in the kitchen. Only issue really is it is kinda buggy when you say to watch NBC on Hulu, it starts to open the video, then just crashes out or give a hulu experience questionnaire, which is unresponsive... wierd!

Awesome Alexa, easy to install and set up. Great sound.

I didn't expect to like this one due to the screen size, but it turns out to be the perfect screen size for a night stand or office desk. Graphics are sharp and the clock is readable from across the room. The display will turn off completely at night just by telling it to shut off display. Has all the features of it big brother and then some. I now have 3 of these around the house.
