Frustrating Technology

I turned off all ads and only have on show my pictures, but it still comes up with ads or items that I have previously dismissed. The pictures that I added to my account to show on the frame do not rotate much. I keep seeing the same pictures even though I have 100s selected. Several times the frame stops working and I have to power cycle the device.

Let's try the following troubleshooting steps and see if it fixes the issue.
Please restart your Echo Show 8, unplug the power adapter from the device or the outlet. Wait 3 minutes and then plug it back in. If the issue persists, verify that you're using the power adapter that came with your device.
Also check your Internet and restart your Router as well.
Make sure your Echo Show 8 is up to date 'Alexa check for Updates". If these steps do not help and your are still disappointed with the device you can reach Amazon Customer service 24/7 for assistance. You can reach them at 1-888-280-4331. I hope this information helps, have a great day!
