    I have bought 2 of these 2nd gen in Charcoal and BOTH came with a WHITE power cord. REALLY? Got a replacement and yet ANOTHER white power cord. Hmmmmmm So if you ordered online CHECK it right away or if your in the store, OPEN it there.

    Got this during Black Friday sale, I think it might still be on sale. The price was great for all you get. It streams Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu. Very portable for moving around the house and makes cleanup not so boring. Easy to load pictures onto Amazon and display photo's on slideshow. The optional base is worth buying.

    This is definitely faster and more reliable than the 1st gen echo show 8. Improvements on the camera and software as well make it a worthy upgrade IMO.
