Easy to use, Pain to get defaults turned off

Posted .Hello, Gracie! Thank you for the feedback on your Echo Show 8. If you want to create speaker sets with compatible Echo Devices you need to do so within the Alexa App. 1. Open the Alexa App and select Devices at the bottom of the screen. 2. Select the + symbol at the top right of the page. 3. Select Combine Speakers and select Stereo pair / subwoofer. If these steps do not help, and you are still having issues you can call Amazon customer service, available 24/7 for assistance on the device. You can reach them at 1-888-280-4331. You do have to explore it's capabilities to get the most value out of it. It is amazing technology. I use it for these functions: monitoring my security cameras, monitoring my 'smart' garage door, appointment calendar, timer.
