It’s an echo with a screen

Frustrating

Wifi connection issue though connected to wifi alexa was “offline “ and wouldn’t reconnect. Tried chat for support but was shuffled to another and then told to make an appointment to take to store. Appointments are several days out and people need to work. Very frustrating just trying to get help

Especially with my Ring doorbell. It shows me who is at the door and I can talk to them . I can ask it all sorts of questions and she gives me answers even when she doesn't know!!!

Upgraded an Echo Dot -

A great option and the price was not too bad either! A great addition to the Echo Family!

Nice smart display

The voice recognition is probably a little better then my Google Nest Hub Max. The app is very confusing though compared to Google and Apple. The fat top bezel makes the screen look off-centered too. Probably a 7/10 compared to a 6/10 for my Google Nest Hub Max.
