I never realized what Alexa could do, and now that I have one I find so many uses for it that I have one in each room. It was easy to figure out and simple to use. I recommend for everyone, and even bought one for my granddaughter who's going to be six. She can call me at work and I can see and talk to her whenever I need to. It's awesome and has become a major use in our home,!

This Amazon Echo Show 8 is a must have for the kitchen, stays lit up when using a recipe can see security cameras on it, can use Alexa for most anything, Great!

got this for my mom for her kitchen and she loves it! she has the small circle one by here bed too so between the two of the speakers she always has music playing!

better than the show 5. Only worth the extra money, however, if you really need a bigger screen. A full size echo sounds better if you just need for music.

Easy to use and set up. Screen is perfect size to watch my shows while cooking in the kitchen. Plus, the sound is great for jamming out to my music.

I love the echo 4th generation , but this echo show 8 does the echo line justice. If you are like me and have enough speakers around your home lol go with this show you'll not only get a speaker but amazing visual out of a meaningful size camera that works also like a security camera. Alexa is more easier and responsive with screen instead of just having a speaker to tell you when its not working properly. im thinking of getting the echo 10 now lol.

So far, so good. I purchased my daughter & grandson one to keep in video touch with them. I just started using mine Dec 8th 2021 and so far i love it. Not to leave out I purchased the smart plug & light bulb. Which was a bit toooo PRICEY. As for the Echo 8 2nd gen. I got it on sale THROUGH BESTBUY almost half off. KILLER DEAL!!! XMAS SALE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. May I add: I purchased the stand and im so glad i did. ALEXA' LIST MY REVIEW LOL

Works great, better sound quality than mynold echo spot I had there. The screen is a good size forva bigger room.

Better sound than the small one. The image is better also. The interface is also more convenient due to the bigger screen.

Before I purchased the Echo Show 8, I was not really sure if I had the need for it. Since I've got it, I use it all the time, and really enjoy it. I have mine in the kitchen, and watch videos or listen to music as I prepare dinner. The sound quality is very good. Nice visual display of the weather forecast. You can set the background to display your own photos, or a selection of stock photos. Handy to have my calendar accessible and shopping list for hands free visual display. I'm sure there are still many uses I have not discovered yet!

This is my third Echo Show. I am able to view my outside cameras from different rooms of my home. As we ages our memory is not as sharp as when we were younger. This is a great tool I use to remind me of doctors appointment and to take my medicine. It has so many features to entertain and assist you in your daily activities.
