Bought this for my grandparent so we could video call and they could have a more centralized control system for their smart house products. So far it has been generally easy for them to use and they love it!

Overall, the echo show eight second generation is a very nice product. The only difficulty we have with it is in making phone calls. There are times when it is hard to direct a call specifically to someone’s echo eight show. Rather than going to the echo eight show, it may go to other echoes in the same home or just to the person‘s Alexa app on their phone.

Love this item with all of the graphics and the connection with several items in the house.

Love the Echo Show 8 and so do my grandkids. It's so fun for the grandkids to ask smart and silly questions and, of course, for adults too. Alexa too has a great personality built in, very human-sounding voice too. It even stores my shopping list and lets me add on to it, and of course the music playing feature for get-togethers is AWESOME, the quality of sound and distance is incredible too. Love!
